The Sales and Service Support Coordinator is instrumental in ensuring smooth sales and service operations internally within the team and externally with our clients.

Role and responsibilities

  • Day-to-day support of the sales and service team operations
  • Coordinating technical and commercial communication with customers and follow up on their requests
  • Proactive approach in analyzing customer needs and providing them with the correct information and solutions
  • Administrating quotations, orders, invoices, specifications and adapting the ERP system and other administrative tools accordingly
  • Reviewing internal project and sales documentation
  • Preparing monthly project reports and actuals for monitoring purposes
  • Marketing tasks: involvement in the preparation for trade fairs, exhibitions, industry events; creating leaflets, newsletters, etc.
  • Apart from systematic external communication, constant internal communication with Vimec colleagues and Kestrel Vision Group partners
  • In this position you report directly to the Sales and Service Manager
  • You are situated at our office in Eindhoven


  • HBO/Bachelor degree or equivalent in the corresponding field
  • Relevant experience in a commercial/technical environment
  • Experience with ERP systems and MS Office


  • Open, clear, and professional written and verbal communication in English
  • Multi-tasking and prioritizing work with a strong attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
  • Affinity for commercial and marketing documentation and administration
  • Customer service minded and a drive for support and continuous improvement
