Meet the Vimec Rotowheel. Not only 100% accurate but also very fast.
Our Rotowheel works with simplicity but has an ingenious design. Inside the Rotowheel is a mechanism that controls activation of vacuum to pick the product up and deactivation of vacuum to place the product back on the conveyor belt. The vacuum force is controllable and can be set easily to the correct level for your product. The drive wheel for 360° rotation is the product during inspection of the Vimec inspection unit.
The Vimec Rotowheel works with vials, syringes, and cartridges. And all at 120 products/minute.
So only 1 Vimec inspection unit with the Rotowheel is needed to handle the production of multiple forming machines. Just make sure your line combines all output into 1 conveyor.
